Dear friends
It’s been awhile since I featured another coastal town. I did make features on Pantai Remis and Jenjarom if you recalled. Although the reception for these 2 videos weren’t the best but I still want to make this video. This is a sad story, when I released the Jenjarom feature, one of my ardent fans asked me to follow up with 2 more Selangor coastal towns, i.e. Tanjung Sepat and Sungai Pelek. Unfortunately he passed away a few weeks later after the request due to illness. So this video is dedicated to him, I hopes he approves it and so do you. Meanwhile please go out and support the local street food, be it in Sungai Pelek or otherwise. Thanks and catch you in the next

I went there before. Really good small town. Many delicacies there too. Will go there again.
  • Indeed another great informative video .. worth the wait ! My late aunty was also an ardent tennis player , so much so she represented Malaysia in SEA games before . Yes , i have seen how passionate her tennis kakis can be. Thank you again for introducing to us simple yet delicious hawker food in the most remote area ! If i ever get lost isn Sg Pelek area , i know what to eat ! Thanks again for the videos ... keep it coming !
  • Good illustration on Sg.Pelek's historical happenings and also featuring very down to earth food stalls at that area. It's original claypot Fuzhou Lor mee is mouth watering indeed. Also the stall that sells cucuk udang ( plenty of prawns) , fried crab ...... is so attractive too. A good mixture of Indian fried mee, local best cendol and popiah adds good overall package to this series. Not forgetting Danny who has done quite some homework for this episode ..... thank you. Again- thank you very much Elmo for an eye opener at Sg.Pelek's food haunting episode. Yatt Lau ! Mou Tat Deng again !!!!:washhands::washhands::washhands:👌👌👌

Thank you Elmo..... honestly I'd never heard of Sg. Pelek til now
  • Hello, Mr Elmo. Your videos are certainly very informative, entertaining and educational. I appreciate the effort you made in researching the location. However, may I suggest that you also comment on the hygiene of the eateries besides the history? I sincerely believe hygienic food handling practices are more important. Thank you, Mr Elmo. Please do take care of your health. GOD bless you

Hi Elmo, nice of you to feature Sg Pelek. It has been some time since you featured Petaling Jaya food. Will you re-visit Petaling Jaya food as it has been quite some time since your last food recommendations in Petaling Jaya.
