    Bruno, you are probably the only one i can trust with pastries. I tried ut lemon meringue pie and gosh was it good. Im porbably going to bake this cake soon. Thanks a lot!!!

Chocolate Ladyfingers Biscuit 180 g egg whites (6), at room temp 200 g sugar 120 g egg yolks (6) 170 g pastry or cake flour, sifted 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted Dark Chocolate Diplomate Cream 330 g milk 80 g sugar 80 g egg yolks (4) 20 g any flour or corn starch 15 g cocoa powder 6 g gelatin sheets 80 g dark chocolate 225 g mascarpone 225 g heavy cream (whipped) Cherry Marmalade 300 g cherries, pitted fresh or frozen 50 g griotte Griottines (cherries in liquor) 75 g sugar 6 g pectin 10 g lemon juice Cherry Punch 180 g water 120 g sugar 30 g cherry liquor, or Kirschwasser 30 g brandy from cherries jar Dark Chocolate Block* 400 g bittersweet chocolate couverture Chantilly 150 g heavy cream 3 g vanilla paste 8 g powdered sugar Topping 50 g cherries, pitted 80 g dark chocolate shavings

    Okay so I tried this cake.. It turned out absolutely amazing! Just the way it appears in the video and just the way I hoped it would be. It was a hit in my family! . It may seem elaborate but if you just focus on one step at a time, the final assembly is such a joy and the outcome is even more satisfying. Dear Bruno, thank you so much for sharing these superb recipes and making us look like pros before our families :)
