    1.mindset : Delayed gratification:delay fun things and do the hard thing Being able to say 'no': say no to time wasters Goals and manifest:write 3main goals of your life, also write 1month goal, 6months, even 10years goal 2.leader:hosting, leading a club 3.learn high value skills:video editing by starting ur own project 4.self education:write notes on what u watch/listen on yt/podcast 5.health and biohacking: throw away garbage foods, Sleep and wake up in consistent time.

    I am 17 yrs old .I was having a little bit of fat , and i was getting scolded for it also .I always felt like focusing on academics is much more important than health but after watching ur video - strong body = strong mind ' this quote changed my life . I started doing exercise at home it self and it takes me only 1 month to lose 3 kg . home itself. I am happy now . Iwish u will achieve everything in ur life that u want. May u live long . Love u bro and a lots of love keep going ❤❤

I would also like to recommend joining clubs or group activities like in school or on occasion because that would also boost your potential especially when it comes to relationships and we know that the people around you have a great impact on your life so make sure to pick the right friends and the right people
