Ride along with owner Jeremy Batista, aka Chop Cheese Papi, as he starts the 18-hour workday as early as 3:30 a.m. to pick up ingredients, snag a parking spot, and serve fresh, hot chopped cheese in the city's busiest neighborhoods.
