    So tired of the myth that a vegan diet prevents or reduces one's risk of cancer.

    If you get surprised and the baby doesn't come down well, an epidural and repositioning frequently with help from your nurse can allow you to "labor down" for a couple hours (since it's your first, only maybe one hour if it was your second) greatly increases your chances of vaginal delivery. That way, you don't push as long and get exhausted.
