Anxiety is something all of us have felt at one point or another. Whether we are anxious over our safety, our health, our finances or our families, there is a time all of us have come face to face with anxiety.

For some of us, anxiety doesn't seem to have any specific cause or related to a direct fear; rather, it's an underlying angst, a constant state of unrest. For others, it comes in the form of uncontrollable panic attacks that make it difficult to breath, sleep or function as normal human beings.

Eli Nash sat down with breathwork therapist and peak performance coach Mike Rosenfeld as well as internationally acclaimed best-selling author and dynamic speaker Rabbi Shais Taub to talk about anxiety in its many forms. During this conversation, they sought to shine a light on anxiety, dispel common myths and share strategies and perspectives as a way to live a full life despite anxiety - or perhaps, as a result of anxiety.
