    I was worried about the 40 min but this BLEW By! I was ready for the ab finisher at the end but it was least cool down! This was great!! I haven't been close sister this week and a half- lots going on in life- but I showed up today 100%!!

    Back after a week off for our family spring break ☀️ it was so nice to get away and take some time as a family. That extra time with my children and husband was amazing. Now back to my normal 💪🏻❤️
