Wow! I am really happy with my experience shopping for minis from Temu. I included the price of each item in the video, but some of the items had become cheaper since I purchased them. I went into the app and clicked the "request price adjustment" option, and my account was automatically credited the difference ($13 in total). You can get a credit to your account if the price drops within 30 days of purchase, but it isn't automatic. You need to request it. I didn't realize this policy exists until after I exported the video, so I didn't mention it.

Shopping Tip: PAY ATTENTION to the size of the item and the quantity you're buying. Temu shows photos of measurements, or includes the dimensions in the description (or both). The quantity is also specified. I wasn't paying enough attention and was surprised by the size and quantity a couple times.

The dollhouse kits I bought are 1:24 scale, half the size of 1:12. The metal tin kit is smaller.

The overall quality of the items I received was great. I'll be buying from Temu again.

*I wiped my tools and minis down with sanitizing wipes to remove any chemicals from production and germs from being handled by various people throughout the manufacturing and shipping process.

Heat gun- I use mine to quickly dry paint, soften the glue to dismantle furniture and quickly cure polymer clay without an oven. Gets a lot hotter than a hair dryer.

I have lots of projects planned ranging from abandoned miniatures, furniture makeovers, accessories, kits and Dollhouse Miniatures in multiple scales. I also have a large Harry Potter build planned for 1" scale.

  • Your crockpot is actually a rice maker. The white scoop is traditionally sold with every rice maker. You’ve got a great haul.”If you have Barbie’s who drink, this is a good deal” except that the one bottle looks exactly like aged soy sauce and one looks like Worcestershire. Now that’s what I call a drinking problem!
  • what do you call that measuring tool you use and where did you get it?

That’s a really great fun haul. Thanks for sharing. l would love to find a ruler like the one you are using to check scale. Could you share where I might find one?

Does anyone know if u have to have the Temu app to order? Do u have to have email to order? Do they take money orders or just paypal & c.c.? & do they tell u exact shipping costs before u pay?

You got some great stuff! I found some thin strips of wood that are sold as candle wicks but make great wood flooring when stained and cut to size. Also some great tiny scale picture frames sold as nail decorations.
  • Hello, I tried to find the little wood burning stove at minute 17:50 on Temu, but I found nothing. Could you maybe send a direct link or the key words for the searchbar to find it? That would be awesome. Thank you in advance 😊

I'm so happy that you made this video. I buy miniatures from Temu all the time and it's great to see what you've brought from them, and what you think of it. I was going to buy the tea cup and saucer that you have, but I thought it looked too yellow in colour, but actually it looks great here, so I might go back and get it 😄. I'm making a Book Nook and Temu's very good for buying miniature items to go inside it because they're not too expensive. I mean sometimes you get stuff that's poor quality, but most of the things I buy are very nice, and I can distress anything that looks too new and shiny for my purposes, such as the 2 gold candlesticks I bought which I've aged with some darker bronze metallic paint. Love from Amanda Jones in Australia

Hi, I,ve just found your channel and love what you do. Please could supply the item code numbers for the little handles like featured on stoves, and the gold filigree pieces that you used on the sewing box? I,m in the UK and have trawled the website but cant find them. I too am into my DH collection and got my inspiration from our lovley Julie Warren, thanks so much Eileen Waterfall. 🤗
