He was perfectly cast as Cap. The character can veer into tight-laced boy scout very easily but Chris chose to play him with more nuance and humanity. His Cap was one of the best-acted characters in the MCU.
  • @MarvelMan320
I would love to see him play a truly evil role. He was great as the bad guy in Knives Out. Let’s step it up a notch.
  • Scott pilgrim is a 10/10 movie and I love that everyone who was a part of it seems to speak so fondly of it
  • @Shandilier
the way the audience screamed in our theater over him picking up thors hammer was one of the most memorable cinematic moments ive gotten to experience it was awesome
  • @alexman378
The way he talks about figuring out why people love a character and honouring it rather than just doing their own thing, is something more actors in such iconic roles should learn about.
  • @MultiSkiptracer
Never realized how entertaining it is to just listen to Chris talk.
  • @Hysetzz
I like how relatable he is, he's a human describing the process mentally and giving credit to his directors and other actors and he's so chill. Cool dude

My respect for Chris Evans just grew 100x when he started talking about understanding fans possessiveness over characters, something movie studios seem to forget about in these reboots and remakes

I’m surprised ‘Defending Jacob’ and ‘Gifted’ weren’t on here, they’re 2 of my favourite projects he’s done

As someone who is team Capt, gave me a heart attack to hear he had turned down the role a few times I can't fathom anyone else playing the role but to hear his first priority was to uphold what fans loved about the character is so heart warming.

The elevator scene and the first fight with Cap against Bucky will go down as some of my absolute favorite fights in cinema. The choreography is perfect
  • @SantiYTx
I love hearing the cast of Scott Pilgrim talk about that movie, its my favorite film of all time and it makes it even better how great of a time everyone had making it. I cannot wait for the animated series.

It goes underappreciated how much talent it takes to play a character like Johnny Storm and have a switch up like playing Captain America and not have one role mar the perception of the other. The time gap in between movies helped but I remember at the time of him being casted as Cap there was a lot of worry and complaints that he couldn't do it because of the perception of playing a role like Johnny in technically the same comic universe.

Too bad The Gifted was not discussed. It was a breath of fresh air seeing him not as Cap and doing a drama for a long time.
  • @MotaShotta
I always choke up when I hear Chris say "Avengers, Assemble!" I had read that line so many times in the Avengers comics throughout my childhood and to finally hear Captain America say it, was truly one of the best moments of all Marvel movies
  • @TheUltraYusuf
I'm really happy he talked about Snowpiercer. Underrated flick.
  • @charcs_7624
Can we juss appreciate how Chris always speaks so highly of the roles he played…as a fan it’s so nice to hear he enjoyed it so much it gets kinda tiring hearing actors constantly hate their past characters
  • @doctorsango
I’m surprised Cellular wasn’t in this. One of my favourite movies he’s done
