When he said, "Somebody's waking up", I fully thought he meant in the graves.

    7:16 Somebody's waking up -- since you're at a cemetery, I was expecting something different 😅

I thought I was the only one that enjoyed long walks through a cemetary. Thank you for another great video that was very helpful. May you be blessed for your assistance.
  • Loved your video. I’m a beginner and I really appreciate you taking the time to do this video. I make some of these mistakes. Luckily I have a grinder though so I don’t have to do my grinding by hand.
  • Thank you so much, i’m a beginner from Italy, it is very difficult to even find materials for stained glass here but your vids have helped so so much!
  • Love this whole video!! The walk, the tips, the Zen feeling! Thank you! For it all!! 🫶🏼

Just finished watching, this was a super helpful video!!! Thank you so much! 😮 I haven’t even started yet 😂 just trying to learn more about the ropes before I buy the stuff, and this was AWESOME! Also just great video quality 👍 Please keep it up! Now I’m off to watch all your other videos! 😁

I remember from somewhere running detergent water along the score helps when breaking the cut. We were also taught that the edges to be foiled have to be ground so as not to be shiny. Needs to be dull mat for the foil to stick.

Love the videos! I have not worked with glass in over 20 years now. I have considered getting back into it. I never did ?canning?, just foil. When I learned from books and video's I was told not to run the cutter over the edge of the glass because it chip the cutter. It makes sense to get a full cut but I've tried to not go over the edge. Good luck with the channel!

I'm in the Bay Area too and originally from the East Bay! I love your videos, btw. I haven't finished collecting all the tools/chemicals needed for stained glass yet but I enjoy watching your videos. I feel like I've learned a lot before even attempting to make anything.

Thanks I improved quite a bit by picking up broken float glass and practicing on it, cause the glass we buy is precious ❤
  • These are great tips! I’m just coming back 10:03 to see if I can do this again after 20 years of putting my stained glass aside. Your tips are super helpful! Your baby is cute! Thank you so much!

I got the hand held cutters w/ the oil contained in the handle.
