There are spoilers in this description. It goes with the lyrics so I would advise watching first before reading this. JOHNLOCK FOREVER!!!!!!

This song really hit home for me, and then I realized that Sherlock feels the same way. But John is always there to assure him that he doesn't have to try so hard. John keeps telling him that he doesn't have to change anything about himself. Memories of Moriarty tearing him down with his harsh words plague Sherlock, and yet, John is still there to help him.
Moriarty comes back to kill John if Sherlock doesn't make John's life more at ease by ending his own. As Sherlock is about to jump so John can have a better life, John stops him.

Then John reveals what he has felt about Sherlock all along.

"Do you like you?" John asked.
Sherlock still doesn't answer.
"Cause I like you." John replied.

YEA They get married!!!!!!
