It’s funny how bombs are allowed but dropping the soap isnt
  • SpongeBob really said β€œDon’t drop em!” The writers knew exactly where they were going with this

Spongebob made a "don't drop the soap" reference. Just saved you half a minute of recap on an episode you've already seen.

I love that England and Australia are fine with actual terrorism being committed by Spongebob, but a dont drop the soap joke is just too much.

  • I was absolutely terrified of that image of the disturbing girl when I was a child

Fun Fact: The bomb scene was removed when this episode was released for DVD with episodes from other NickToons cartoons by KFC.

I like how the subtle rape joke is what got the episode banned and not the explicit, literal suicide bombing. Edit: for the people who keep asking "what rape joke?" I'm not going to explain it to you. This episode is nearly a decade old and you could find the answer if you wanted with a little effort. Either you know or you don't.
  • I thought the woman in the subliminal messaging had a deeper meaning

Lol this joke went WAYYYY over my head when I was younger. I just thought he meant they would get dirty if they touched the floor outside of the tub. I was always disturbed by the ending of the episode where SpongeBob fills himself with water and starts violently regurgitating water at Gary.
  • The subliminal message girl is what creeped me out. πŸ’€

The fact that spongebob could've just scrubbed gary, as they were already in the ocean.
