Delta disruptions being probed after Microsoft outage

The Department of Transportation announced an investigation into Delta's continuing flight delays and disruptions as the airline struggles to recover from the global Microsoft outage that affected millions of devices worldwide. CBS News Minnesota's Beret Leone has more from the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport.

    Delta got us good. We are stuck in Maui for 2 extra days. Before you say thats a good thing, they wouldnt give us any vouchers for anything, claiming the computers dont work, and the employees are not allowed to say we'll be reimbursed. They booked us on Hawaiian airlines to get us home, but they put our 4 year old in a separate seat. We cant get any guarantee about our luggage transferring from Hawaiian to Delta, and we lost the value of our upgrades. I'll never fly Delta again. I get the pleasure of putting 2 additional nights and food for 4 in Maui on my credit card in the hopes I get reimbursed later.
