She seems to have been the one working closest with Blinken and has had the opportunity to be in the room with other world leaders. The world knows what Trump is and in the case of Russia has had him psychologically analyzed to know exactly how to play him. Harris is a wild card all around. I see a tremendous authenticity in her face, especially when she smiles.
