This is the most pleasant, relaxing and clearly understood cooking video I have ever seen ! ...and not a word was spoken.

This looks pretty tasty. I like the fact that the ingredients are mostly stuff I have in my pantry and/or fridge. So, I have ground beef defrosting wondering what I was going to make for dinner...I think I'll try this! Thank you for sharing!

I made this exactly....except I used 16 eggs and I poached them and I swapped the beef out for canadian bacon and replaced the tortilla with an english muffin and topped it with a bit of hollandaise sauce. Came out awesome. :) -every recipe review ever

This is very similar to the way my Mother used to make us hamburger when I was a kid. The only exception was she would add Hungarian hot peppers chopped really fine, 3 Tbsp of Paprika and also ground pork mixed with the ground hamburger meat. Best Hamburgers I've ever eaten! 😋

I've been making made meals like this since I was a kid in the 1960s, filling tortillas with whatever was available in the frig or pantry, then toasting or frying it in a skillet. It is a fast and easy meal. Always satisfies.

  • Every time I watch these videos, I end up making something close to her recipes based on what is in the fridge! She makes it all so easy to emulate.
  • I love this recipe. It’s so easy to make and tasty. I make it every week and they don’t last long. Thanks

Might I suggest cilantro instead of parsley....open the tacos and sprinkle some cheese and serve with guacamole and sour cream.

Very creative and tasty recipe! Perfectly combined with mayo-yogurt sauce. 😋
  • I've made this recipe since I was a child(my mom has been making this way since the 70s at least), but we used corn tortillas instead of flour. I'll have to try using an egg in the mixture and use cliantro instead of parsley.

Looks easy and tasty, I’ll try it and get back. Thank you for the tutorial. 👍🏽
  • Looks Good. But I would have cooked the meat before. Just to make sure that it was all done in side. Other than that. It will be my next treat on the table. 🙂👍👏👏👏👏.
  • I made this this evening, made a spicy version and some with this recipe , absolutely delicious 😋

Tortilla is something I alway keep stock in my house. You can fry it, eat it as is, or make burrito. This menu looks great. Definitely gotta try.
  • I made this today! So good and simple 😋. Did not have a shallot but I used a onion.
