I make same but on George Foreman Grill. Put my cooked Mince in a whole Tortilla make a packet and grill them. Never used Cheese but will try next time. Thanks for sharing the wonderful recipes ❤ 🙏🏼

That really is a pretty and very neat way of assembling the tortillas.

I used ground lamb and subbed green onions with Cilantro for the parsley and red pepper flakes mixed into the meat. I love kicking up the spicy flavor of peppery heat to the dish I make similar to this one. And make or use handmade tortillas use sprouted wheat flour.
