I'm a cap sun and since the first full moon in our sign I've developed a strong physical activity for mental wellness habit and found a new therapist, quitting burning flower, renegotiating how i show up with the men in my life. I love it here 🎉

The feeling that there's no more time for excuses, we put ourselves first now, we build those habits that build us up, we change our internal dialogue and get out of this stuck energy we've kept ourselves in for so long. Now I know what has been going on with me. Last weekend I had a deeply profound experience with someone that I believe opened me up to the energetic shifts that have been occurring. Together we created sn environment that allowed us to show up exactly as we are and I've been carrying this energy of openness and acceptance with me for days. Then as I realized the greater impact, I've felt very empowered to pivot a few things in my life and take ownership in a way that I had not before. I'd released my authority to people I believed to be the authority and now I've got it. I feel like I can have the life I've ALWAYS deserved. I also feel empowered to walk away from certain people and NOT repeat certain cycles. I welcome the full moon in my rising sign and the start of my season, Leo. Leggo

Chris, you really kicked MY ASS with this workshop! I had been procrastinating watching this and waited until the full moon arrived, but WHEW!! In a way I'm glad I did because the past couple days it's just been an emotional and grieving time of who I was and mourning the belief systems I've inherited since I was a child. Really needed this and feel like it's time that I become the person I'm meant to be on MY terms with the blessings of God and the Universe. You are truly a gifted and treasured person in my life now. It’s been a real tough two weeks. The cPTSD has been coming up a lot and it’s made me realise how important safe relationships, loyal friends and connections with self aware people commuted to their own growth are the only kinds of relationships I can handle, otherwise I get sucked into old patterns. Working on it all, clearing out people who are immature or a gateway for negative energy and learning to just be me and let who leaves leave. Hope it’s been less chaotic for everyone else.
