Kate Asks Windsor Staff "How Are You Doing Emotionally?"

The staff saw the Queen more than her own family. It makes sense they'd grow attached to her on a personal level and it's nice to see her family care about how they feel.

This clip, in particular, shows how caring, kind and considerate both Kate & William are already of the staff. This is very telling of what kind of leaders they are and will continue to be in the future. As The Queen reigned for such a great length of time, William will become King much sooner than his father became in age. I appreciate Kate asking how they are doing emotionally. She is such a genuine caring woman. William and Katherine were obviously made for each other. They are remarkable people and her heart is made of gold. She is such a blessing and amazing person! You can tell how they decent they've always treated staff when you see how relaxed and natural they respond to William and Catherine. It's nic to see after all the tension the last couple of weeks.

very thoughtful and shows William and Kate care about the staff and the massive work behind the scenes to make the Queens funeral come off without a hitch. they don't look down on staff or put on airs but show true care and respect. Royal families are often perceived as stiff and aloof. William and Kate connect and relate to the British people, many thanks to Princess Diana who educated and showed her boys most people aren't privileged due to wealth and are just as worthy of respect as their peers. in the end we're all humans! I love this down-to-earth side of them. Brits have verified William and Kate aren't "plastic" but real people with same feelings as every person on this planet.
