I've now done 2hours 30 minutes straight. and I just want to tell anyone who is reading the comments just to be sure it is worth their time, IT IS SOOO WORTH IT! this guy has really done a good job. I have learnt so much in just two hours. Don't think twice, click play. He is teaching everything. unlike in most tutorials where they teach like you already know a bit about what u r doing. you won't find a resource like this anywhere.

I've watched a lot of AE tutorials and this is by far the best one. The guy takes time and actually shows you what he's doing. Other tutorials, the folks talk and move so fast, you can hardly keep up. I've only gotten through the "Basic" section, but I"ve learned more in that than all the other videos combined.
