Dear Monique, baked this cake 2 hrs ago, just had a large piece, it is more than good. Fantastic. The only thing left out was the coconut extract, as its difficult to find in my country, but added some more coconut flakes and coconut milk. Thanks for such a wonderful recipe. ✨✨✨
