For a country that is building its first fighter aircraft any level achieved better than its current fighter fleet of F16 s is a success.

As a Turk, I thought the video was clickbait for Turk viewers before watching it. Then I watched the whole video. This is a masterpiece that tells all of Turkish air defense history. You have no information only KAAN, also you are well-informed about details of parts. I appreciate!

Guys "Khan" is also from central asia, it means a kind of "king" it is written "Han" Kaan is also kind of a derivative from Han, "Khagan" means the king of the kings.

As an American, I'm already more impressed by Turkey's efforts than by the Chinese. The KAAN is an extremely ambitious goal, and I wish Turkey the best of success!
  • I personally have a deep respect for the Turkish mind set some really brilliant people in Country. You too Ryan.
  • For a middle power, the achievements of the Turkish Aerospace Industry is a marvel to behold. So much progress in many areas in such a short span of time that rivals the great powers. KAAN can only get better from here. An excellent analysis Gus.
  • I like how you don't trash other countries technology and just look at things through more objective lens. I became a subcriber almost 2 years ago when you said (and I'm paraphrasing) "brilliant minds are everywhere not only in western countries" and I think this video is a really good example of that. I really enjoy your videos because I feel I'm learning useful things and not just consuming overrated propaganda, just admiration for human achievment. Keep the good work!
  • What? So this is a TAI Fighter named KAAN? Star Wars meets Star Trek. Genius absolutely genius
  • Best wishes towards TAI for the successful development of this aircraft. It is truly a great achievement.

There are very few foreigners who analyze my own country like this. But when talking about terrorists, please do not refer to them as a Kurdish organization. This is an insult for most Kurds living in Turkey.

Hats off to Türkiye for this one. It’s quite a technological leap forward they’ve managed to pull off.

The Turkish engineers and material scientists must maintain momentum in order to keep the Kaan competitive. The design, while relatively conventional for a fifth generation planform, is brilliant. I can’t wait as the Kaan continues to develop and mature into a world class fighter. I agree with you wholeheartedly - the indigenous chip manufacturing must continue to advance.
  • This is an impressively detailed look at the very new and game changing Turkish fifth generation fighter. Indeed, the country has come a long way in a short time and their development is to be applauded!
  • Bravo! Wise underlying of the great Turkish efforts to be independent and to develop their local economy.

This video contains more reliable information about the project than %95 of the domestic media channels. That's a sad truth about todays media, and when you correct the misinformation you generally accused by not being patriotic. As said in the video, these projects should be celebrated and criticized like their scientific counterparts. I'm glad you waited to gather clear information, it was very helpful for even we Turks. Thank you.
  • Great storytelling of a great story! Very proud of Turkey! Congratulations!
  • @ELMS
I watch most YouTube videos with one eye and one ear. When your videos go up I set aside the time to watch in an attentive manner, put in both earplugs and drink it in. Such excellent content! Unavailable anywhere else. Thanks!
