During the college football game between Toledo and Eastern Michigan, a crazy play happened at the end of the first half when Toledo completed a pass in bounds and the clock was running down. They ran up to the line and got a play off as time expired and somehow completed a 36 yard touchdown to beat the buzzer and score a touchdown to take a 34-24 lead. However, upon review the play was snapped one second too late as the clock hit zero before the play. Toledo leads Eastern Michigan 28-24 at the half.

referee really be walking around talking to his family before putting the ball down. Took 9 seconds from getting the ball to putting it down. I think there has to be some sort of rule here because that is kind of difficult where maybe 5 seconds is at most can be removed from the game clock for referees setting the ball.
