This guy makes me want to live longer just for the sole reason to see how long he lives.
  • @JenniferMyers
I’ve now listened to over a dozen hours of Bryan being interviewed on various podcasts, and this one stands out as the best and most illuminating offering to date. Rich’s ability to ask meaningful yet practical questions coupled with Bryan’s willingness to give us access to his inner voice and motivations behind Project Blueprint made for a sublime experience as an audience member. His Gen Zero philosophy and zeroth principles thinking stand out to me. Gratitude to the both of you.
  • @Jaelri
It’s an interviewee like Bryan Johnson that enables Rich Roll to demonstrate what an exceptionally brilliant interviewer he is. In awe…
  • @JRClubbIII
You see in these comments how much more open minded, compassionate and loving Rich Roll’s audience is. Any other YouTube channel and Bryan gets roasted. This was a great interview and I’m a super fan of both of you. Thanks.

I’m 35, basically worked myself to death last 15 years. Stayed up until 5AM probably 80% of the last decade. I got wealthy but I have finally just admitted to myself - this doesn’t make me happy - at all. I thought it would. Rather the opposite. Went on Blueprint a month ago, never felt better. F**k this present age, I want to be a part of that potiential amazing future. Gonna do all it takes, gonna live in the service of my future self from now on. Bryan has completely opened my eyes. Good luck everyone, and thank you Bryan. You are a remarkable person ❤️ Don’t die.

My favourite interview so far of Bryan Johnson. Rich was able to connect with the intimate part of Bryan Johnson; he was never in the caricature, and he has opened up the space for a profound exchange between the two.. Bravo.. I was captivated from beginning to the end of the interview!
  • @dekaOsiris
I just love how polite Bryan is, absolutely wholesame and caring
  • What an interesting podcast. Kudos to Bryan for being different. Kudos to Rich for facilitating a deep conversation.
  • @bgrune1
I'm doing the low budget version of Mr. Johnson's program. I'm using a lot of the strategies that Dr. Michael Greger suggests in his book "How Not to Age". I would say that it is working. I'm 53 but my metabolic age is 46. I'm running my second marathon in March. My goal is to maximize my healthspan as well as my lifespan as much as possible and take advantage of the advances in anti-aging medicine as those occur in the future. If I had the resources I would probably pursue many of the therapies that Mr. Johnson is doing if I'm honest.

Leaving this comment with the hopes that Bryan reads this. In this interview, he came across as one of the most honest, upfront, authentic, thoughtful and emotionally evolved human beings, I have ever witnessed. He was so vulnerable in his brutal acceptance of his humanness. I have followed his work for some time, and have learned and benefitted a lot from his longevity protocol. I wish him the very best on this journey, and I hope he finds a beautiful partner in a person who is aligned with his values and goals.
  • As a 15 years vegan i see his intusiasm, determination and his compassion, and that gives me hope for humanity. I hope a lot of people see this interview. Thank you Bryan.
  • @SMullener
This was the best, THE BEST, conversation I’ve heard with Bryan! I have a clear understanding of his mission that I’ve never gotten from his other conversations! Well done Rich!!! 🧡🙏🧡
  • @JB_Begins_Again
This interview was a masterpiece Mr. Rich Roll. You’ve demonstrated once again your art of interviewing and connection with your guests. You’ve taken a very misunderstood man and allowed him to be truly seen and heard. I have a new found respect for what he is doing and his reasonings behind it. You’ve breathed a new life in his mission. So much respect for both of you. And congrats on finally achieving a million subscribers. You’ve earned it!!

"My mind is a drunken sailor." - Rich Roll 😂💎
  • @TheOldMillennial
I really appreciate how Rich helps him to pause and reflect on his upbringing, and his current mission. Bryan is an example of someone doing really interesting work today, despite a traumatic childhood. He is controversial, but his dedication both with his money and his time has started to show us some great data. More importantly, allows for great conversations around longevity. Thank you guys for sharing this conversation.
  • @andyobrienAOBSS
Best interview of Bryan on the web. He explores both a breadth and depth of Bryan's ideas and life. Even if you are repulsed by Bryan and completely disagree with Bryan's experiment you can appreciate the thought and philosophy that goes into it. I have never listened to a Rich Roll interview before; I will be listening to more.
  • @nancy3102
