***In a skillet, on the stovetop, brown ground beef along with onion and bell pepper. Drain grease and add ground beef/onion/pepper to crockpot. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and let cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or on HIGH for 3-4 hours. ENJOY!
📌Crockpot Honey Lime Chicken Tacos:
-4-6 boneless skinless Chicken Breast
-1 packet Fajita Seasoning
-1/2 cup Honey
-1/2 cup Lime Juice
-1 (7oz) Can of Salsa Verdae
***add everything to a crockpot. Set to cook on LOW for 6 hours. or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken, shred, then add back into that juice. Serve in tacos or over rice. Enjoy!
📌Crockpot Angel Chicken:
-3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
-8oz Cream Cheese
-1 can cream of chicken soup

-3/4 Cup Chicken Broth
-3 Tbsp Butter
***Add everything to Crockpot and Cook on LOW for 6 hours. Remove chicken, whisk sauce until smoothe, shred or dice chicken and add back in to the sauce. Serve over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
📌Crockpot Shredded BBQ Beef:
-3 to 4 lb. Beef Chuck Roast
-1 large Onion, diced
-3/4 Cup Beef Broth
-2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
-1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
-1/3 Cup packed Brown Sugar
-2 tsp Salt
-1 tsp Pepper
-1 Tbsp Paprika
-2 tsp Garlic Powder
-2 tsp Onion Powder
-1 tsp Mustard Powder
-6 Tbsp Butter, sliced
-3 Cups BBQ Sauce
***Spray Slow Cooker with non-stick spray. Add in Beef Chuck Roast. In a large measuring cup, add beef broth, ACV, and Worcestershire Sauce. Pour that mixture into the slow cooker. Then, on top of the Chuck Roast, you're going to sprinkle over brown sugar and seasonings. Then top it with the butter slices. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. When roast is fall-apart tender, remove it from the slow cooker and discard the remaining liquid. shred the roast, return it to the slow cooker, then add in BBQ Sauce. Stir to combine. Let continue to cook on LOW for 30 minutes. That gives the beef time to soak up more of that sauce. Then this is ready to serve. I like to serve mine on toasted hamburger buns. Enjoy!

📌Crockpot Orange Chicken:

Them pour that mixture over the chicken. This cooks on low for 4-6 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.

  • Val . You're just as amazing as Sammi.. so,so glad I found you and her as well as few others that are amazing cooks ..
  • Cooking tip…when using sticky liquids (like honey or corn syrup) or sticky solids like peanut butter with a measuring cup or spoons lightly spray some cooking spray into the cup or spoons first.
  • Just came from one beautiful person to another.!! Crockpot and casserole dishes I positively love, and am also a cornbread girl. Never have used mayo on it, so that's something new for me to try. Your recipes look really yummy 😋 🤤 😋 🤤 and am looking forward to trying them. Chili is good over spaghetti noodles, give it a try. Thanks for sharing Valerie, please have a truly blessed week 🙏 🙏 ❤

I just recently got one of those ninja crockpots like your red one. It took me a little bit to figure it out too. But I love it! Last night I made Philly cheese steak it. I got a roast and cut it super thin, and I took 2 cups of water and some beef stock powder, and an envelope of brown gravy and I seared it in the liquid for about 3 minutes. Oh I put some bahia complete and black garlic on it. After that I put it on slow cook on low for 1 hour and it was amazing! I sautéed some peppers and onions on the stove and then I put it all together on hoagie rolls with provolone cheese melted on top of both sides. It was a winner! Very easy and tasty! I just wanted to share with you and maybe you can share with your family. Have a blessed week! 💕
  • Thank you, Valerie! I will be keeping all of these recipes, they look delicious! 😋
