Thanks again to ‪@Disney‬ and ‪@20thCenturyHomeEnt‬ for the invite to Avatar: The Way of Water An Immersive Experience

In this breakdown, analysis, reaction and explanation we focus on answering the real questions, like “Can Tuk take on a Thanator?”, “Will Tuk keep the Sullys together?” and "Could Tuk win a fight against James Cameron?"

In order to give the folks at home all that knowledge about Tuk, I interview Trinity Jo-Li Bliss (Who plays Tuk), I also reference Avatar: The High Ground Comics, Avatar: An Activist Survival Guide (2009), Avatar The Way of Water The Visual Dictionary (2022) and The Art of Avatar The Way of Water (2022).

We discuss Tuk's relationship with Kiri (Sigourney Weaver), Lo'ak (Britain Dalton), Spider (Jack Champion), Jake (Sam Worthington), Neytiri (Zoe Saldana), Tsireya (Bailey Bass), Neteyam (Jamie Flatters), Ronal (Kate Winslet), Tonowari (Cliff Curtis), Aonung (Filip Geljo), Norm Spellman (Joel David Moore), and Rotxo (Duane Evans Jr.). As well as talk about props (like the blades) and costume design of the character.

Tuk is the literal definition of a ray of sunshine

Fun fact: A Navi's neural queue starts at the top of their skull, while an Avatar's starts at the base of their skull. If you look closely in scenes you'll find that, due to their mix of navi/avatar DNA, all of Jake's children (including Kiri) have their neural queues at the base of their skulls like Avatars. So even Tuk and Neteyam, who look completely Navi, have at least one physical hint to their skypeople/human/avatar heritage.
  • I honestly hope that Tuk gets a chance to get her own Ikran and that they get to go back and visit
  • @neofulcrum5013
I can see her being a badass archer like her mother as she gets older.
  • @tronam
You can tell that Trinity really internalized the language and took it to heart. In any of these interviews her pronunciation is perfect. Such a genuine and sincere spirit.
  • When Tuk was crying while holding Neteyam’s arm was one of the sad scenes in the movie.

Gurantee Tuk turns into a badass warrior by the fifth movie, considering the time jump and all.
  • Tuk is simply beyond adorable! Imagine a lighthearted spinoff story where a young Na'Vi around Tuk's age hangs around with a friendly Human. Since they'd be both around the same height, it'd be a lot easier for them to interact with one another.

    tuk is literally the definition of pure i n n o c e n c e we must protect at all costs
  • @dany4645
Agree!! We should protect tuk at all cost and loved how you got the chance to interview trinity, she looks so precious

I love the concept of Jake's children being biracial. And his children have different DNA traits of the mom and dad

The ilu are my favorite, just because the one scene where Lo'ak was calling Payakan and his ilu he had with him was splashing the water and calling for Payakan with Lo'ak, was the absolute cutest ❤
  • I just realized, Tuk and Neteyam have 4 fingers AND have no eyebrows so they look like standard Na'vi. Kiri and Lo'Ak have the visible human hybrid features like the eyebrows and 5 fingers. Spider, he just straight human lol.
  • Tuk will have a major character development in avatar 3, I think when she is a bit older she will aspire to become a warrior like her mother. I really hope tuk carry her mother legacy such as a bow given from her mother, as well as the same arrow feather peacock markings. For the family to stick together, she needs her own strength and risks taken.
  • The most relevant line ever said in this movie and it was said by this KID "I can't believe I'm tied up again"
  • @sicssides
Anyone else notice Tuk’s ears? They’re huge it’s so adorable
  • I need this same vid but with Neteyam, as an older sibling myself this character really touched me specially when you can see how the oldest is treated always having to be the “parent” mean while there just children themselves they are expected to know better and take care of things when they are just as confused and scared as the others are but they pressure themselves to keep there composure and to be “perfect” ur the oldest ur suppose to be an example and I’m going to be honest if Jake and Neytiri wouldn’t have relied only on Neteyam for everything that came to his siblings and if they would have taken there roles as protectors more seriously I’m sure that poor boy wouldn’t have died it gets me very sad bc I really did see myself in him when I used to have his age it’s very upsetting to stay stuck on a circumstance that you can’t really let go bc you can’t escape it and it ends up causing you harm like not having freedom of your own very clearly shown in the movie always behind Loaks ass and if his not Jake is on his back about it or mentally exhausted which I would have liked to have seen they really missed so many opportunities with this characters life’s and it’s sad that we really didn’t know who he really was and we never will ToT
  • @c.5157
Tuk is really close to her brother Neteyam, it's shown in some scenes. Could you make an episode of Neteyam explained next?
  • @_v3nus_0
I love how Tuk is literally the smallest, and she’s taller than me
