Of course this breaks a paladin oath. The whole ascension thing is at a highest degree godless and evil.I mean, see how he doesn’t care about your consequences. Such narcissistic behavior, only confirms him, to never let him ascend ^^ That is but the reason, my paladin didn’t help him ascend. She kept her vengeance oath and Astarion his humanity 😊
