Expediency and a sense of urgency can be great to get support, respite, relief, and a sense of closure to move on when you've been depleted in capacity...but at what cost of due process and diligence to the extent of justice and a precedent or justifiable case of claim reimbursement? Lose money or make da kine money? Whose justice is being restored back into balance here? One thing's for sure: legal fees really will cost an arm and a leg the longer something is dragged out..
