So alittle about the car . An UNBELIEVABLY original dry stored 35K MILE metro shell build up with full lotus elise / 160 vvc running gear, mg Tf suspension coilovers all round, specially converted rear turrets to allow a proper rear coilover setup , fully poly bushed , k tuned mems 3 ECU , pg1 gearbox with type B torsen LSD - running 175hp Weighing 780kg and so much more, The performance is off the chart , scary fast. Condition is unreal. Get subbing to YT channel to watch the fun, tears and breaks downs 😂. A real dream moment that will see Neil and I travel Europe and vlog the lot over summer. EXCITED is an understatement and our content is about to go to another level. So... Let's get this baby detailed , PPF'd, underside restoration which we see us linking up with our partners and vlogging at different sites. Was it originally a lesser spec model? Only reason I ask is because the GTI-16v's in that colour were a 1 of 500 limited edition with half leather and are worth a pretty penny nowadays. Really nice cars as i used to own one with a 1.8 VVC on solid cams, lightened and cage added. Also had turreted rear suspension and shocks added, with individualised Hydragas. But with the prices nowadays I wish I'd kept it standard and in storage. Someone has done a properly good job on that car. And that is probably one of the cleanest examples I've seen in a long time. The original Hydragas suspension is ok until you start adding power. Although the Rover Sport units were a bit better. Proper turrets and coilovers was always the way to go like this one though. Absolutely love it, and you got a new sub

I have a 95% similar car to this guys, same running gear, but am doing an external backdate to look like my old ref MK1 Metro Turbo. It is hilarious to drive!!!

Just subbed mate, I'm used to own a vvc 160 with Pg1 box, I know what these things are capable of. Looking forward to future vids. 🤙
