Jerry said this season has been "very painful." Well, this is what happens when instead of making strategic deadline trades and deciding who to keep and who to deal, you dump EVERYBODY for whatever another team is willing to offer. You end up without a major league caliber roster, and a minor league system stuffed full of guys who might one day develop into replacement level major leaguers. Jerry hinted that it'll be a slow rebuild. No kidding.

I remember The White Sox had a 9 game losing streak in the post season. Now they passed that in the regular season with 15 straight loses at home now that's something!!

Sox play three vs. the A’s then three in LA vs. the Angels. Wouldn’t bet my life on it but I’m saying they win at least 2 of the next 6, maybe more. The A’s always find a way to lose; they’ll win 10-1, 9-2, then go hitless through 6 innings and lose 8-0. The Angels just stink. They’ll probably drop 2 of 3. After that, SD then the stupid Angels again before wrapping up vs. Detroit who might be playing for the pride of being over .500 Sizemore might be liked, but at 5-25 he hasn’t moved the needle much. Interesting to note his five wins came against winning teams, including the Yanks (12-2, most runs by CHI this season.)
