When they don’t ask at all is the worst! Like get away from me 😅
  • As long as they ask its a much better experience that someone just touching me randomly
  • Cotton balls😵‍💫 tags and seams in my clothes😖 people touching me without me knowing it's coming and without my permission 🤯 certain sounds 😱 texture and smell of certain foods 🤢🤮 and the worst one of all that people are incredulous when I tell them, I don't regularly go get a haircut because it is actually painful, when the stylist or barber uses the clippers near my ears and my neck the sensation I feel is pain😰😭

Dude I wouldn’t even be able to wear your outfit. Not that it isn’t nice but I have sensory processing disorder too but mine is skin sensitive. If she got on a thriller outfit she bet not even think about hugging me 😂

Literally, SPD can be diagnosed apart from Autism or ADHD, autism and ADHD are actually also extremely common same with SPD
  • as someone with sensory processing disorder, i 100% agree with this 😅
