1.5 tbsp Gelatin or agar agar powder
6 tbsp Water
1 cup Sugar
6 tbsp Water
10-12 drops lemon juice
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Akka I am just 13 years old but I tried this recipe in mixer but I made all steps mixed gelatin and sugar syrup but when I am going to transfer in mixer power cut so I made with hand whisk I was mixing for 30 mins but really taste was good I tried this already but in mixer but I didn't got perfect result but I tried hand whisk results where amazing really impressed
