When they announced Robert Downey, Jr. as Iron Man, I was pissed off that they picked him to play the role. But then I finally realized they didn’t pitch the role as Iron Man They pitch the role as Tony Stark, and to be honest with you they could not of picked a better actor to play Tony Stark.

There were many moments when Tony was fried by others too. Like when Vanko said "That palladium poisoning is gonna be real painful" and Tony didn't say a word. Or when Drax did better than Tony when he said "Why is Gamora?". Or when Mantis shuts him by saying "kick butts take a$$". Might have screwed some dialogues but you got it 😉
