Spider-Man at the Sanctum Workshop (Lego set 76185) is currently the only LEGO set based on No Way Home that we know of. It includes an unknown portion of the Sanctum Santorum from Doctor Strange and Infinity War, possibly where the multiverse-unleashing spell from the No Way Home teaser trailer takes place.
The set comes with 4 exclusive LEGO minifigures: Doctor Strange, the No Way Home version of Spider-man's suit, MJ, and Wong wearing a winter jacket. There's also this weird green bug monster thing, which I'm just calling "Jerome" at the moment. For 40 USD, you only get 355 pieces, giving it a not-so-great price-per-part ratio of 11 cents.
This is not strictly an alternate model MOC; I used additional parts from the rest of my collection. Doing so allowed me to make the doctor's office so much bigger and more detailed than I otherwise would have. It includes a waiting room (with MJ as the receptionist) and a doctor's office (with Doctor Strange as the doctor and Wong as the nurse) filled to the brim with all sorts of medical accessories like overhead surgery lights, a physical therapy bike, and a patient's bed (Spider-Man/Peter Parker is the not-so-patient patient, by the way).
With the MOC all completed, I made what turned out to be a short Spider-Man fan film using my patented LEGO stop-motion technique I call "hand motion" (I just use my hands to use the minifigures, because, like Peter, I have no patience). This hilarious thing has tons of sound effects, epic music, and even a TRAIN CHASE sequence! 🚂 Some special guests may make an appearance, such as SPOILERS LEGO Doc Ock, LEGO Andrew Garfield from The Amazing Spider-Man, and our man LEGO Tobey Maguire (AKA Bully Maguire) from the Sam Raimi Spider-Man Trilogy. I hope you like it!
I also hope that I can avoid any Spider-Man: No Way Home leaks before seeing the movie myself. Rumors of set photos with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield are bad enough, but I'm pretty sure we all know they have some presence in the film at this point. I just want to go in blind to HOW they are in the movie, so I'm very glad the new Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer left Tobey and Andrew out (except for the Brazil editing mistake, that's another story).

I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would. The mini-movie, the creative usage of all the pieces, Jerome, Peter’s “condition,” and all the callbacks you made in the mini-movie to what you said in the build, like Aunt May and the hand sanitizer, Peter spinning in the chair, judging how fast “Strange” typed, Doc-Ock being a rival doctor, and Andrew actually being Andrew Garfield. Amazing video. Keep up the good work!
