Did you update the latest Nvidia driver? 1440p and everything on max with 2080 Ti / i7 7800K my fps is 90. After the prolog it is 80 fps average.

I believe you can get more fps if you turn Nvidia reflex only to on and not on+boost and also TAA and not DLAA. I get a little bit of shimmering on DLAA in 4k
