If you need to study and you’re scrolling instead, here’s your gentle reminder to get back to work :) You got this!

Damn I'm 35 now but I remember how at University studying made me want to cry... so I always put it off til the last minute. I would usually study the whole day and night before an important exam, and would pass but I'd be absolutely exhausted. That's not the way to do it. You have to study regularly, but you should also enjoy those years. Now that I work and that my University experience is far behind me, I regret not having taken full advantage of it. I realise I was dreading going to college, when it actually could have been so much more joyful had I been more open to that whole experience. Take it from me, don't leave any room for regrets. Years just fly by.
  • Never seen a video like this with jarring ads popping up in between every single song. Kills the vibe.

To everyone reading this and listening. Close your eyes, inhale and feel the air in your lungs give life to your beautiful soul. and as you exhale, release the tension in your shoulders, ease the tension in your neck and the back of your head. Allow peace to flow inside of every fiber and vein in your body. You are doing great. No matter what you are going through. You will be just fine. Hugs to you all..

The reason these "feeling melancholic but still have to study"-playlists make me feel better, is partly because they give me the impression that it's okay to feel sad sometimes, and partly because there seem to be a lot of other people, like me, who feel melancholic, but still need to study/work on projects. In short, the playlists make me feel less alone and I'm grateful to those who create them ❤

  • I want to remind everyone that it's okay to feel sad, upset, angry, alone, to have those feelings of depression and hurt. It's going to happen and you can't get rid of it. You keep going though, you take the rest and the time you need and you keep going. Even if it's just a centimeter per day you're doing it and I'm proud of you. You're not going to get better over night, over a week, over months, maybe years but you're always improving. Even if you do end up going back a few steps you're still doing your best and it's all I will ask of you. Even if you think you could do better doesn't mean you have to, you just have to do what you can bring yourself to, that's all. You're trying, you're hoping, and I'm proud of you for it. Please take care of yourself, I love you <3

if you're wondering about the background: It's Kylemore Abbay, in the Connermara lake district in Ireland. A very nice and sweet building create by Belgians nuns in 1920 !

I just graduated from grad school and have been studying more than a month for my board exam. I am happy to have found this. I feel less alone when I stay up during those long nights.
  • Sometimes we try to look and be profundly happy Those are times when we forgot to accept the dark, cold, and silence inside us

i loved reading stories since I was a kid, particularly stories where the main character was someone at the bottom but he climbed up and achieved big things through pure hard work. Years later I was reading this one novel, and a random thought came to my head..."what is my story?.......... " this song reminds me of that feeling....so empty....
  • @cilwknazz

It hurts when you love someone who doesn't exist. It hurts when you miss someone you've never met. It hurts when you come to realise that you'll never be with him together in reality. It hurts so much that it feels worse than any guy breaking your heart. It hurts when you know he only exists in your head, his presence, his smell, his touch, his voice and his smile... It hurts so much...that when you hear his voice but the moment you open your eyes...he's not there... 💔💔

This is an exhilarating vibe to finish my thesis paper, having me with the nostalgic charm of the amazing autumn season, where trees gracefully shed their golden leaves and the chilly and cold wind breezes past outside my classroom windows. Romania, with its captivating allure, becomes a haven for autumn enthusiasts like me! I love it, particularly within the old walls of my university, where the need to complete the thesis paper mixes with the sensation of dusk descending faster with each passing day. A cup of hot coffee, my laptop and my headphones. Too bad, it is spring already....
