We live life’s in extreme duality, that is caused by the removal, conscious or unconscious of each one dark side, instead we should accept and face it while practicing ZAZEN in truthfulness we allow, mushotoku, the integration of it⭕️❣️ MUSHOTOKU SHIKANTAZA GASSHÓ 🙏🙏🙏
