Track one of the album Wavetable by Patricia Taxxon.

Couldn't find the songs from this album uploaded individually so I thought I'd do it myself. Enjoy.

God damnit. It cuts off the last note. I might re-upload this eventually but for now I don't have enough time. Sorry :/

"This is the history or insert game title speedrun"

The vibe of this song is just “Lets see how far we can push the limit.”

Thanks to Summoning Salt for this, when this theme plays you know some grinding's gonna come to fruition, wonderful track really

This is the greatest track I have found from all of Salt’s videos. I have never heard such a powerful combination of what someone would feel when they feel like they are at the end of their capabilities (in this instance, speedrunning), but that their willpower is too strong to stop them from slouching and giving up!

I can't get over how genius the mariokart sample is
  • I love the odd clashing of the synth and dubstep parts, it's jarring at first but honestly gives so much personality to the track as a whole. And then towards the end, the clashing sides are united and the resulting fusion is something that I can only describe as "banger". Great music!

Call it a ridiculous coincidence Call it a combination of years of effort from the community

What a masterpiece of a song. The use of dubstep really gives it spice. People say it's worse because of the dubstep, but I think it's better. Without the dubstep, there would be no setup for the climax of the song. Each time the main melody plays something new it added. The beeps are also iconic to me. 11/10 song. It truly captures the best a synthwave song can be. There are many different themes the best synthwave songs use. Hope in Zero Gravity, love in Spacewaltz, existentialism in Astable, failure in The Polyhedron and the theme of this song, success. These themes can make what would be a great song, an absolute masterpiece.

Here because of Hungrybox. Great song. Thanks for sharing it on YouTube.

I listened to this to the scene of a Lovely Conspiracy taking place. Great track, would listen to it again.
  • Given that Hungrybox has made some of his best tournament runs to this song, and Summoning Salt made use of it, I think this song has some kind of weird power
