Should not have torn those safe's up, this big ones are worth money. You can get a professional to get it unlocked without damaging them. Ruined perfectly good safe's, 🤯
-
These are my type of lockers. Filled with vintage audio equipment. I have either owned or repaired every single piece you pulled out. Including the ociloscope
-
Bummer they were empty, but fun to watch! Thanks!! You made the right choice.
-
Unlucky on the safes Pirate and Alex. Blessings to you both and your families.
-
Saw what looks like a Dillion progressive reloader. Those are expensive $$$$. Good luck 👍

17:12 The Gray 4 Drawer Safe is Mosler Security Filing Cabinet. They came in 4 & 5 Drawer non fire rated. When the Alameda Naval Air Station in Alameda closed, many were sent to the DRMO sales location near the Alameda Tunnel for sale. The 5 Drawer version weighs 600 pounds and cost $2,000 each. I used to pay $200 each and sell them at $400 each. Buyers were hard to find. This was pre internet days. Occasionally one would be opened by a locksmith. A small 1/4 hole was drilled near the combination dial. There are 1-2 6x6" hardened steel removable squares that were on the inside near the dial that you would have to drill through. If they were drilled properly, you could weld over the hole, replace some internal parts and reuse the safe.

I worked for Tektronix for years, those oscilloscopes made me think again of all those years. Probably not worth much these days, except maybe old school uses. Saw all those little boxes with the parts for circuit boards or who knows. The guy was into some very odd stuff, not a nice guy maybe that is why his wife didn't want any of it. Funny how he kept them all neat and named and threw so much stuff just dumped willy nilly into boxes. And not to mention the plastic people. whole other thing. You guys are doing well and I am getting all your notices showing up right away.

Love watching yall crack open them safes thank you!
-
I love the safe cracking..the suspense!!!
-
"The slings for your arm..." He still cracks me up. Too damn funny. Don't ever change Stalker, please!!
-
Alex should put one on too !! Still great finds .. just get rid of the nasty boxes .. thanks for the fun !!
-
You should have taken them to a locksmith and told them they could have the safes, if you could keep the contents once they were opened, instead of paying them cash.

It's amazing what a tad of mineral oil on a rag will do to add value to a piece. It doesn't take a lot of time, but really improves the appearance. You can use it on metal, plastic, & wood.
-
Hey pirate, next time you get a bunch of safes like that, invest in buying splitting all wedges, the steel ones, and it'll probably work a lot better that way with a sledgehammer to open them
-
Love you both and wishing you the best!
-
Awesome videos. I ran across you on tiktok and subscribed to your channel. I'm also doing storage unit videos just starting out!
-
Was ya a little worried Pirate about opening that bag 😂 Great video!

When you come across storage lockers like this keep everything as a whole and contact a music studio see if they want to buy it all as a whole you can sell everything at one location instead of eBay or Amazon or flea market

After the pro cracks them aren't they just as destroyed? I don't know what it entails. To be used would they have to get new keys or combinations? Just wondering.
