I know how to get infinite dirt on one chunk. First get a cobblestone generator, then get a ton of cobblestone, then turn it into stone, then get a moss block to turn the stone into moss, then place all the moss blocks but one for later, then grow a giant spruce tree on the moss blocks that you placed down, then use a shovel to turn all the podzol into path blocks, then mine then without silk touch, and boom, you now have more dirt.
