Giving this old dresser a makeover using hunter green paint, and building a base using dowel joinery, the brass handles really started to shine after a buff. This is a dresser flip, or a dresser restoration, or a furniture restoration.

Your work is so fun to watch and the way you film and edit is just gorgeous!!

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and the greatest of these is Reuse.
I like the fact that you see the potential in things like an old porch rocker or a battered dresser and then use your imagination and mad skills to bring out that potential.
Of course, you couldn't do anything without the head of Quality Control inspecting every stage! I'm surprised Cosmo's black fur didn't have a trace of Hunter Green paint on it! ;-) -
“Talented” doesn’t cover it. That turned out stunning!
I’ve just been getting the itch to start resurrecting old pieces again, but since discovering you, you have inspired me and I have a completely different outlook on how to go about it. Now, to learn how to do more than sand, repair minor dings and paint. -
Personally, I don't like the green matching to the wooden base
But as soon as I saw how happy you were with the finished product, I figured it didn't matter what I prefer because it looks really good -
Neat colour combo. I agree with your note at the end about spraying the paint. The high gloss sill also emphasize any marks as well.
Thanks for this! It's fun to watch. -
Fun video, really like the base! Next time try white and accent it with black on the drawers maybe? Fun!

Nice. That "Green Paint and Wooden Base" thing is pretty popular right now.
