Your entire experience reminded me of growing up on the farm in Minnesota. Have a plan to get something done, one piece of equipment doesn't work, the next one has issues, you make some farmer repairs (good enough for today, but probably won't get fixed tomorrow) and then the weather turns. Thanks for the memories!

This channel is becoming more important to me than VGG. Reminds me so much of home back in the day. I remember being in the seat of the draw bar mower for hours with dad pulling with the old JD. Hey Derek and Jessica, i really enjoy your channel, you bring a variety of things that most others don't. Seeing you cutting and raking, brought back memories of my paw-paw, i was cutting, raking and baling hay since i was 8yrs old, i started with the square bales, then the round bales, i'm 47yrs old, my grandpa was and will always be my paw-paw, he's gone now, but will live on in my heart.
