An iron Golem would have the ‘ultimate protector advancement’ to obtain this it needs to single-handedly save a village from a raid (but if were in a video Tyler would have to help it). After obtaining this advancement, the golem would gift you the guardian’s totem that could summon an iron golem to help you deal with any annoying mobs.

The skeleton should have an achiefment where you have to kill it on the soul sand valley and then it will turn to a wither skeleton achiefment is "Burned black skeleton"
