Do they have an oath to our constitution here ? Or pulled the Congressional Records ? Are tickets 20.00 ? So we have Sea laws upon the land ? Howso ? See: Navigable water rights what does Fed...have and people and U.S. Districts handle the Sea ? Exactly where ? Do any of the people know where ? Have they been given full Disclosure ? Is a vehilce which is a car termed a ship of some kind ? Do the people know this ? Have they been given full Disclosure of said, terminology "mis- representation" to them or fully disclosed, so they can opt out of these forms ? Such as no- contract ? How about non-commercial recreational travel ? Where is our Commonlaw, Mortgage on ship...is that called a surety bond ? Is a 1099oid brought forward for originator of funding ? Are highways considered a waterway ? Why is a police car called a cruiser ? Did God promise to not flood lands again ?

Are you men speaking about what is called a birthing bond ???? What constitutes a ceasure ? Food on ones so called vehicle that was a car or auto ? Why are personal cars part of a sea law ? Is pavement assumed to be water somewhere ? Is a VIN # really a secret code to vessel ? Full disclosure must be had to a people on why all custodial arrests go on on public roads and our household goods. Isn't that the job of the coast guard ?How do you make state arrests ? This is quite wierd on our roads and cars. ...is a policy enforcer thinking a car is a vessel ? Are you all doing salvage claims on cars on roads on the land ? Rem is real estate mortgage ????? Ad-- ministrators ? As in courts ?
