I had a recent rant about butterfly on my channel lol Interesting what you're saying about the kicks. (Again every coach or video I've seen everyone says something different) You say big kick at the front (arms forward) But some "experts" say the big kick is at the back to help give more power to ge the arms out the water and actually get a breath. Makes sense in theory but I think it's just a waste of energy. The only way I haven't tried is equal size kicks. It just annoys me how everyone says something different about this yet its the same stroke. Someone has to be wrong..surely.
