It is very interesting how you have not aged since your first blogs, 7 years ago, Janis. I just saw your videos this August, and I find your elegant and gentle approach to fashion and health charming. I do have food restrictions as well and found your salad dressing a very good idea instead of restaurant dressings. I have found that organic sweet potatoes, either boiled or baked with salt and olive oil, are a satisfying and nutritious addition to my salads. Thank you for your lovely and positive videos! You are my inspiration for my long hair also worn mostly back in a low pony. My forehead is prominent, hence I was always prone to loose and chopped hair around my face. Your look never disappoints. Always exceptionally beautiful. I have a similar pair of slacks, and I sometimes wear mine with a solid hot pink top. For some reason, white (even off white) is not my best color choice.
