  • Idea #6 Drop chicken off bridge and have it lay an egg at the bottom.
  • So what your telling me is that I can cover myself in straws, and jump out of a plane? Aight dope
  • @Azide_zx
the thing i like about mark rober is his ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. like if i were to explain the whole energy thing he was talking about i wouldve gone into work-energy theorem, equations, and integration, but he just manages to basically explain the jist of it in a simple manner that even a child can understand
  • I did this in kindergarten, my dad was a welder, he welded a box holding the egg. It never broke. Legend. Love you pops.
  • Just surround your egg with a bunch of other eggs. If one of them survive, say that egg was your original egg.
  • @nate0908
physics teacher: takes 3 days to explain potential energy Mark Rober: look block go high and low
  • I'm a second year computer science student. You are absolutely amazing. The explanations are made so easy even a layman can understand the basics of energy and kinematics. You way of explaining rocks.
  • See, when we did this in year 9 (10th grade), we had a whole school day dedicated to this experiment, but they made it like a legitimate NASA project. We had limited funding (they gave us coloured counters that indicated money). These were used to buy materials when we were there (so already, your options were limited to what they provided, and how much your group could afford). Then we had to assemble it there and then (with a time limit!) and do the drop in the afternoon. It was great fun, but jeez was it a challenge….
  • “So my favorite class in high school was physics” BIG SURPRSE THERE
  • What a power move it would be to just show up with a drone and say "It's not against the rules."
  • The competition I did as a kid had an "only supplied materials from any one of these bins", and "has to fit in this box" (which was like 4x4x4; insanely small) for a second floor drop onto pavement. Wrapped the egg in thread, then thin cloth, then yarn, then progressively softer materials, before lining the box with low density foam. slowed the moment of impact so it worked like a charm.
  • You should honestly be a teacher, the way that you explain the things just makes me understand it so well. Great work Mark
  • @AA-rp2me
Mark Rober prevents egg from falling How to basic left the chat
  • bruh, i just had a whole lesson on energy, and this is literally the whole month of classes in less than ten minutes
  • While the quality of your videos have DRAMATICALLY CHANGED … your AWESOMENESS HAS NOT!! Stay humble and amazing!
  • Lol in school, i was lazy and forgot the make my egg contraption.. so last minute I ran into the bathroom grabbed a little box, put some paper towel in and stuck the egg in the middle.. it worked.. the teacher was mad because he could clearly see I gave zero fucks about the project.
  • @jonahIee
All you need is a Purple mattress around the egg
  • bro really took this to the next level after 7 years. respect.
  • Just used your explanation for the staw pyramid design to explain my newspaper pyramid design. Got perfect. Thank you.
