took me until chapter 2 to realize that his name is "Rules Card" He is legit just the rules card in a deck of cards. Lancer is the jack of spades, the king and queen are the king and queen obviously. These little details make me so happy

I just realized that his name is pronounced "rules card", as in the card that comes with a lot of decks that tells you the rules for playing poker and similar stuff. Everyone else is named after more useful pieces in card games or board games, but he's just that piece of junk that you toss out after opening a new deck of cards.
