This was fascinating to watch. Those mudhif houses are beautiful. Many thanks 60 minutes for replaying these older docs for us all.

This is some real, old school journalism. Love it.
  • I really like that man. Seems very humble. God Bless him and his people. Hope they all stay safe. From Florida 😊

I read about the Marsh Arabs years ago, and what Hussein did to them. I’m glad to hear they are reclaiming their culture and land. Nice reporting. Thanks.

What a lovely story the Iraqi marshlands was. Goes to show you, the American Dream doesn't necessarily fulfill your heart. Thanks for bringing back these quiet stories.

Watching the Vatican library story.. can’t believe that these old manuscripts are being handled with bare hands! This blows my mind!!

48:07 "Wohhhhhhhhh. Oh, my god! That was pretty intense, men!" One of the best clips 60M ever had. I remember I saw this video back in time and my heart was pounding! And even now, I still have same thrilling sensation of conquered spirit which I never done myself. This is real 60 minutes. And this was the '60 minutes' that I want to see in the future! Thanks for the reruns.

I love how he said he got the last laugh.... his chuckle was great
  • This must be what I saw people doing off of Mount Rainier last June!I caught a glimpse of at least one what I thought was some kind of insane base jumper, followed by his buddies skiing down Rainier. I was able to catch a brief video of the parachute portion as it was descending-completely airborne.I had just put my phone away after taking some great pictures of Mount St.Hellens,Mount Adams, and Mount Hood.I ran in to a father and son who were out looking for some rarely seen bird species. The son spotted the daredevils and I only got a brief glimpse of two different people airborne under some type of parafoils. If anyone knows who these people were, let me know.I would love to see their video footage! We were standing on Paradise Point in early June last year. It was almost equally as amazing as the natural beauty. Nothing human made can compete with the natural splendor of the Pacific Northwest. But seeing these people (and those in this video)is definitely one of the most amazing things I have seen people do.
  • Excellent!! Thank you! I wish the part of the Vatican Library were a lot longer.
