The result is beautiful. I think you could do it even better if you add some things to the process... 1. Balance. Everything has a point of balance/center of mass, in the case of your drawing, unlike the photo, the character has her legs more to the left and the body way more to the right, in real life you could fall if you stand this way, the left feet should be almost (if not completely) under the imaginary line of the point of mass. 2. Applying a heads as a way to measure in a versatile way. In this case the photo has a ratio between 6.5 to 8 heads tall. The drawing has around 6 heads because of how big its head is. Although the picture and your draw has the same size when you look at the two it seems like the one in the photo is a tall woman meanwhile the one in the drawing is not tall at all. 3. The folds in the clothes could be better. Normally the more folds has the clothe the thinner it is. 4. The lights and shadow could improve too. In this case you did an amazing job. There is still the lack of occlusion shadows. There are shadows that should be darker than the others, not just the ones close the lights (I know it is a great way to express a reflected light in a colorless draw but even then it should be less darker that the ones you use in the parts where is no light at all).

The method itself is alright, but the application leaves much to be desired. You're not even looking at the picture correctly. just placing haphazard boxes whichever way without properly figuring out their angle and perspective. Especially the gravity. Without properly placing that, the sense of balance looks totally skewed, and she looks like she'd fall over at any second. Drawing the skeleton is an unnecessary step. The skeleton's application in art is to understand what's underneath so you can properly place the feature in the right places, other than that, its only use is in horror artwork. Not to mention the skeleton literally looks like a piece of reed waving in the wind. You also didn't use any of the steps you showed in your final product, which is a big fail for a 'how to do it' video. If people used these methods after seeing your video without properly understanding the reasoning behind them, their drawings would also suck.

The position of your boxes are viewed from the top?
