Published 2024-04-17
Orlando Bloom was up for anything while filming his new show, but producers drew the line at letting the star swim among great white sharks without the protection of a cage. Watch “Orlando Bloom: To The Edge” when it premieres this Thursday on Peacock.

Stephen is right, Orlando is a treasure. I can't imagine anyone else playing Legolas or Will Turner.

Stephen always exudes a special sort of giddiness and warmth when interviewing a cast member of the LOTR movies. They are, and forever will be, dear to his heart. 🧝‍♀️

Oh my goodness, he used the "Lucky Ham" joke by Tim Conway on Carrol Burnett show. Deep cut, and brilliant.
  • @BryanLee
Of course there was no way a member of the Fellowship could ever leave Stephen's guest seat without discussing a bit of LOTR :D

I can’t believe it’s been 20 years since LOTR. Orlando Bloom played Legolas so well for being so young at the time!

In high school I was given a pillow with Orlando Bloom's face when Lord of the Rings came out. I have kept it safe for over 20 years. When I worked at Family video, I would play Pirates of the Caribbean every shift. Or Sound of Music ❤ thank you for the memories and thank you for this conversation
  • Fabulous couple 😊 Extreme positivity in the physical world! Orlando is amazing
  • @BlakieTT
It must have troubled ole Stevie greatly to not ask Orlando more about LoTR... 😅 I myself was hoping for some questions and answers 😂
  • @Sequoia204
When he said "they said no", I thought he meant the sharks! As if the sharks refused to swim with Orlando Bloom cause he's just too badass!
  • @NewMessage
Well, he's doing press with all his arms and legs.... So at least we know he comes out ok in the end.
  • @BuildinWings
He looks like Norman Osborn from the comics now.

If I had a Time Machine I soulfully go back to like the 18th century or anything, I would go back to the early 2000s just to see the lotr movies in the cinema. I haven’t lived these times but I do miss them
  • @BestFauxPa
I think that he would be the perfect actor to play Chester of linkin park for his life movie
